Rohri Cement Factory

Rohri Cement Factory is a cement factory located in Rohri, Sukkur. It was established by Associated Cement Companies, Bombay in 1938 with a capacity of 200 tons of good quality cement per day². The plant was supplied by Messrs F.L. Smith of Denmark. The most recent information I have is from 1972, when another kiln of 600 tons was added to the factory, bringing its capacity to 800 tons. The new plant was installed by Messrs Hitachi Engineering and Ship building company Limited, Japan.
